NOTE: The Rules and Regulations were revised to reflect the 2024 November Annual Meeting ballot results regarding the uncovered parking spaces in 2025. Uncovered parking spaces, including guest parking spaces, will no longer be assigned by the HOA. They are now classified as open parking spaces for use by any resident on a first come first serve basis.
