Westwood Estates Association

Westwood Estates Association is a condominium development located at 636 Horizon Drive. A superior location for accessing work centers, grocery outlets, educational facilities, St. Mary's hospital, medical facilities, Grand Junction Regional airport, and Interstate I-70.

Westwood includes a total of sixty condominium units, situated on 7 acres with a cul-de-sac design for ingress and egress.  The community offers six buildings in a 2 story 4-plex configuration and three buildings in a 2 story 12-plex configuration.  The units within the 2 story 12 unit buildings range in living space of 959 to 1508 square feet.  The units within the 2 story 4 unit buildings offer a living area of 1575 square feet.  Westwood includes a 1000 square feet club house building that is used for monthly board meetings.
