2025 Nov. Ann. Mtg. Results

  1.  HOA Members approved the Reserve Fund assessment increase from the existing $60/unit/mo. to  $70/unit/mo.  As a result starting in January (1-1-2026) the total HOA assessments will be $230/unit/mo. 
  2.  Operating Fund expenditures of $5,565 for the 100 Bldg. roof repairs were approved by the Members.   
  3.  The HOA Members approved the increase to the limits on the expenditures, without needing Member approval, for both the Operating and Reserve accounts to $10,000 each.
  4.  All proposed ByLaw Revisions were approved by the Members.
