2025 Nov. Ann. Mtg. Results
- HOA Members approved the Reserve Fund assessment increase from the existing $60/unit/mo. to $70/unit/mo. As a result starting in January (1-1-2026) the total HOA assessments will be $230/unit/mo.
- Operating Fund expenditures of $5,565 for the 100 Bldg. roof repairs were approved by the Members.
- The HOA Members approved the increase to the limits on the expenditures, without needing Member approval, for both the Operating and Reserve accounts to $10,000 each.
- All proposed ByLaw Revisions were approved by the Members.
